During installing Open Office extension writer2latex.oxt if you face the error as Could not create Java implementation loader, then you can follow the following procedure.
1. Visit https://www.java.com/en/download/ website and download latest java and install the java123abc.exe file. here 123abc is the version you downloaded.
2. Then go to open office and click tools >> option
3. Click Java and select your latest java version and click to add. When you will click to add, it will ask for directory. Please shown the installation directory in your computer Program files (x86) for my case >java 123abc (version). Then click okay.
4. Then click okay. Close Open office. Then install extension writer2latex.oxt
